The Chrysler 300C

Big, bold and menacing-looking, the Chrysler 300C is related to the previous-shape Mercedes E-Class, but doesnt hide its American heritage. It certainly has plenty of presence on the road offering lots of kit for your cash. The 300C has enormous presence, an enormous cabin and a powerful engines ensuring performance is never in short supply. The 300C is a massive breathe of fresh air in the executive market offering better value than any of the competitors.

On the road, the Chrysler always feels like a big car, which isnt surprising given its weight and length. That said, it feels assured through a series of fast, sweeping bends, with a very smooth and refined ride.

Interior

Drivers will have no problem getting comfortable in the roomy cabin, although the comparatively small windscreen and big screen pillars restrict visibility. The huge boot easily copes with a familys holiday luggage, and every model is generously equipped.

While the 300Cs cabin is a pleasant enough place, the plastics dont feel as high-quality as those used in European rivals. That said, the interior feels well assembled and we have yet to hear of any actual problems with the trim.

The car has a parot hands free kit, an Alpine drop down TV, a front TV with reversing camera and a radar detector, not to mention space and wiring all ready in place for an Xbox 360. The parot and the alpine drop down TV are available at extra cost and not included in the sale.

Mechanically

This diesel is the model to choose if you want to hold on to more of your hard-earned cash. Its the most fuel-efficient, for instance, returning an official average of 25mpg, and falls into group 16 for insurance. This car has been well maintained through its like and the engine is running as smooth as ever. The car benifits from a Remus after market exhaust which cost over £2000 brand new. Gives the car even more of an appeal.

Bodywork
